Teacher Trainings

This program is designed to be a foundational training in the Vinyasa methodologies and a comprehensive approach to deepening personal practice and preparing future instructors.  The involvement of experienced lead instructors, Brenn and Laura, who emphasize education and commitment, adds significant value.  Participants will benefit from a well-rounded curriculum that includes both traditional and progressive practices, study, lectures, readings, handouts, one on one sessions, and practical assignments. This blend of methods ensures a solid foundation and a transformative experience.

We invite all those who are interested in deepening their practice and skills with a financial need to apply for our SAMA Scholarship.  Our scholarships vary in amounts and will be granted for up to 25-50% of tuition costs.
