What Sets Our 200 hr Teacher Training Apart

Intimate + Mentorship-Driven Learning

Small group sizes create a highly personalized experience where you’re truly seen, supported, and guided—far beyond a typical large-format training.

Rooted in Real Teaching, Not just Theory

You’ll learn how to actually teach—refining your voice, sequencing, cueing, and ability to read the room with hands-on application woven throughout the entire program.

  • Our 200-hour training is structured across a series of 12 immersive weekends, allowing you to integrate your learning while maintaining your everyday life.

Each weekend focuses on a specific area of study—building progressively from foundational concepts to confident teaching. You’ll move through a blend of lecture, movement, discussion, and hands-on application, ensuring that knowledge is not only learned, but embodied.

Between weekends, students are encouraged to practice, observe classes, and complete light assignments to deepen understanding. Throughout the program, you’ll be supported with mentorship, consistent feedback, and opportunities to refine your voice as a teacher.

This is not just a training—it’s a process of transformation, designed to help you develop clarity, confidence, and a strong, authentic presence both on and off the mat.

Continuing Education

A foundational training for teachers looking to explore the depth and intention of Yin Yoga. This module introduces the principles behind long-held, passive postures, guiding you in how to support the body’s connective tissues while cultivating stillness and awareness.

You’ll learn the distinction between Yin, Restorative, and other slower practices, along with intelligent sequencing, prop usage, and how to hold space for a more introspective experience.

Designed for teachers who want to expand their offering and refine their ability to guide students into a slower, more mindful practice.
