Meet the Owner

BRENN MICAEL
My passion for yoga, combined with my experience in practice and teaching, has culminated into the creation and life of this studio. SAMA is a collection of all my education, influences, and experiences from various places and teachers I've studied from and practiced under. SAMA is an embodiment of my dedication, passion and belief system for us as humans to move towards a more conscious and balanced life through mindfulness & intention. It's a beautiful manifestation of my movement journey, that begins from my very first class to the very present moment, and serves as a hub for others to share in my teachings and love for the practice.
